La proposed house is a pivate cottage, not part of a tourist residence.

Part of the garden
It is located on the Capo Falcone hill. It is 900 mt.far the Pelosa beach. It is a cottage of about 50 m2 with 150 m2 of private garden with plants and trees around three sides of the cottage and with a private parking area. How you can see in these pictures, the cottage is pleasantly integrated in the natural environment of this green area. The plants of the garden consists of tipical low covering of oleanders, rosemary andother scrub vegetation, some trees of pythosphor and tamarisk, and also flowers in the front part of the house, where you can find a large veranda for your relax or for eating breathing the fresh sea air.

The garden from another sight
The house consists of a bed room with a double bed, a bathroom with shower and a living room with a kitchen corner (partially in the picture below) with two large day beds. There are all the needed household appliances included a fabric washing machine, an electric broom and TV.
From the veranda you can enjoy a beautiful view of the sea of Pelosa beach and of Asinara Island. At Capo Falcone there are all the necessary duties; shops of course, but also doctors on duty 24 hours a day (you never know), sport both of water (like dugout and windsurf) and of land (like tennis and riding) and entertainment organized on the beach, in the Capo Falcone anphitheatre or in the swimming-pool.
