In the following pages you can find information about the main events, feasts and folk and religious celebrations not only relevant to Stintino, but also of some other town not far from Stintino.
Of course we don't purport to be exhaustive, inasmuch as every town and village in Sardinia, as well as everywhere in Italy, has its own traditions and arranges, expecially in the summer season, celebrations and events with the intent of promoting tourism and give people opportunities of entertainment, as well as renewing the cult and the memory of past popular or religious events.
Then we will limit to describing the most significant events of Stintino and a couple of particularly important traditional feasts of close towns.
